to ensure everyone has a pleasant, relaxing, and safe stay, we kindly ask you to read and observe the following rules. Compliance with these rules is part of the accommodation contract.

  1. General behavior

1.1. Guests are required to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests and the property.
1.2. Noise is prohibited, especially during quiet hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.).
1.3. Smoking is not permitted in rooms and enclosed common areas, in accordance with current regulations.
1.4. Unregistered guests are prohibited from entering rooms and common areas without permission.
1.5. Personal belongings must be stored carefully. The Hotel is not liable for theft or loss that is not reported immediately.
1.6. Guests are liable for any damage to persons or furnishings that they cause in the hotel room or other hotel areas.
1.7. Pets are only allowed upon prior notification and in accordance with the booking policy.
1.8. Hygiene and sanitation standards must be observed in all areas.
1.9. The use of electric stoves, cooking ovens or other cooking appliances in the rooms is prohibited.

  1. Services

2.1. Bar

  • The bar is accessible to hotel guests and external guests.
  • Bringing alcoholic beverages from outside is prohibited.
  • Serving alcohol to persons under 18 years of age is not permitted.
  • Guests are asked to consume drinks in the bar area or in designated areas.
  • Behavior must also be appropriate and respectful in the evening hours.

Opening hours: 8:00 am – 11:00 pm

2.2. Restaurant

  • Appropriate clothing is required when entering the restaurant.
  • Bringing food and drinks from outside is not permitted.
  • If you have any special dietary requirements (allergies, intolerances, diets), please inform the staff in advance.
  • Children must be accompanied and supervised during meals.
  • Taking food from the buffet is prohibited unless authorized.

Meal times:

  • Breakfast: 7:30 – 10:00 am
  • Lunch: 12:30 – 2:00 pm
  • Dinner: 7:00 – 8:30 pm (kitchen will be cloese at 9:00 pm)

 

 

2.3. Spa

  • Access is only permitted to guests aged 16 and over.
  • Showering is mandatory before entering the sauna.
  • To ensure a relaxed atmosphere, it is recommended to speak quietly.
  • Smoking and bringing food, drinks or glass objects is prohibited.
  • For hygiene reasons, the use of a towel on shared furniture (sun loungers, sauna benches) is mandatory.
  • Advance reservation is required.
